Tailor taxonomies, templates, and thresholds for lesson classification

Step 3: Platform and Repository Setup
πΉ Purpose: We will build or integrate the digital environment for storing, tagging, and retrieving lessons.

Design metadata structure and taxonomy for lessons repository
Set up SharePoint site, KM portal, or existing system integration
Define access controls, tagging schemes, reporting views
π Deliverable: Operational Knowledge Portal with user guidance
πΉ Purpose: We will equip your staff with the mindset and tools to capture and act on lessons.

Deliver AAR facilitation training for officers, managers, or team leads
KM system onboarding for lesson submission and retrieval
Conduct workshops in sector-specific simulation or scenario walkthroughs
π Deliverables: Trained Facilitators, KM Quick Guide, Induction Packs
Step 4: Training & Onboarding
Step 5: Pilot Implementation
πΉ Purpose: We will run a live test of the system in a real operation or project cycle.
πΉ We will:
Support your teams during a live AAR or project review
Capture and process live lessons using the new workflow
Gather user feedback and refine processes accordingly
π Deliverables: Pilot Report, Refined Process Model
πΉ Purpose: We wil move from pilot to full deployment across teams or departments.
πΉ We will:
Finalise documentation, workflows, and system configuration
Run executive briefing or awareness session for broader adoption
Integrate with performance, audit, or planning cycles
π Deliverables: Launch Plan, Communication Pack, Go-Live Execution
