In partnership with a major GCC hospital group, Istidrak established a cross-site knowledge capture process for clinical incidents.
We helped turn after-incident reviews into a centralised learning portal, feeding directly into nurse induction, simulation training, and root cause analysis workflows.
Result: This not only automated the transfer or Lessons (cutting out extra staff work) but also fed senior management Lessons from the ward directly (removing any diluting of the Lesson).
